Exciting 5BR/3BA beach house only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Our home has everything you need for a convenient stay at the beach and a relaxing time at a stylish home. Grill out with your family and have a wonderful night sitting around the fire pit. Aside from enjoying the house, you can explore the many attractions and restaurants nearby. We are extremely close to a public boat ramp and many golf courses as well! Come have a perfect getaway at Pelican Paradise!

The space

Located in the Lower Grand Lagoon portion of Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park, our sparkling clean beach house provides everything necessary for an amazing experience at the beach. Walk right on the beach in 5 minutes or visit one of the many attractions nearby. If you want to bring your boat, there’s a public boat ramp a couple blocks directly behind us! When it’s time to eat, you can walk or take a short drive to a variety of nearby restaurants or just eat-in and use all the features of the sleek, fully stocked kitchen, which includes:

AGE LIMIT

The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be physically present during the reservation.

ACCESSING THE BEACH HOUSE

Our house offers keyless entry with a Smart Lock and Keypad. Guests can use the code they are sent to unlock the door with keypad. Access will only be granted for the dates of the reservation and will expire upon checkout at 10:00 am.

Guest access

You can come and go as you please. All you’ll need is the door code. Guests will be expected to lock all doors whenever leaving the house.

Other things to note

The wind can make nights quite cool in the spring and fall, so it’s always good to have a light jacket packed. There are also many events in Panama City Beach, so please check for local events before coming.

Guests who smoke must do so outside and cleanup after themselves. Guests will be fined for leaving cigarette butts on our property
The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement before the stay is accepted
The guest booking the stay must be present during the stay and be at least 25 years old
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
Use coasters on tables for drinks
Lock all doors when leaving the house
