Located at the Carolinian Beach Resort, our sparkling clean condo provides everything necessary for an amazing experience at the beach. Walk right on the beach and only 1 mile to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, or unwind on the private oceanfront balcony. When it’s time to eat, you can walk to a variety of nearby restaurants or just eat-in and use all the features of the sleek, fully stocked kitchen, which includes:

AGE LIMIT
The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be physically present during the reservation.

ACCESSING THE CONDO
Our condo offers keyless entry with a Smart Lock and Keypad. Guests can use the code they are sent to unlock the door with keypad. Guests may request app access to control lock from their phones if staying more than one week. (Access will only be granted for the dates of the reservation and will expire upon checkout at 10:00 am.)

We have 2 owner’s closets that will be locked. Aside from that, please relax and make yourself at home!

Other things to note

The wind can make nights quite cool in the spring and fall, so it’s always good to have a light jacket packed. There are also many events in Myrtle Beach, so please check for local events before coming.

The entire resort is smoke/vape free. Fines will be assessed for any deep cleaning required from guests smoking.
The guest booking the stay must sign a Rental Agreement before the stay is accepted
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
